It was relatively cheap and easy to be there.

I had no hot water and when I told the management, not complaining, just to let them know, they told me I was wrong and argued with me about it. At night and in the evening I ran the water for more than 10 minutes and both times it didn't get warmer than lukewarm. Also there was no one there to check me in and by the time I found someone they didn't know how to do it properly. To her credit, she was really lovely and did a great job with everything else.

Good location, quiet place, beautiful view from the terrace, not far from Mount Namsan.

Everything was super, except for wai -fi, which was necessary for me to work. , I had to run with a computer and catch the signal.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable and there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Though it is a bit hard to find it for the first time, there is a video on YouTube so we could follow the instructions.

It is a good walk from the station.

Staff was very kind (they talk English very well). They have some suggestion about where to eat, or some famous places around South Korea. Location was fine, close to a metro station and Seoul Station (I think was 15min walking)

I don't have nothing to complain about, since proce was very cheap.

Good location. Very close to Seoul Station (20 minute walk or 1 subway stop). Close to a subway station (10 minute walk). Friendly staff. I would recommend for a backpacker, traveler or couple that is moving around on the cheap. Lots of maps for tourists and friendly staff that are willing to help out. They speak English and Korean (unsure about other languages). Corner store is on the corner (7-11 and GS25)

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was not "clean" but was acceptable. Can hear other tenants through the walls quite easily, not a problem on our stay but I could foresee issues with that.

This is my go-to place usually in Seoul, but I'm thinking of moving on to other locales. It's good as a backup tho.

I needed some ondol over the cold March night (but there was no ondol to be had). That would have made all the difference for a comfy stay.

A quiet accommodation about 2 km from Seoul Train Station, I'd say that the location is ideal for someone kicking off their tour of Seoul. The nearby Sookmyung Women's University Station provides fast access to the rest of the city, while there are enough convenience stores & small restaurants in the vicinity. The Korean War Memorial and Museum is just one station away from Sookmyung, while Seoul N Tower, Itaweon, Gyeongbokgung Palace etc are just a few stations away. The hosts are super helpful and speak English fluently enough for anyone to understand. The house rules and the available amenities are clearly mentioned and pointed out by the host when you check in. You will find information sheets at the reception with info and directions to nearby places worth visiting. The kitchen is well-equipped and has free coffee/tea etc. The entire house is is floor-heated during autumn-winter months, while fixed A/C units are available in each room for the summer months. The single room I stayed in February came with a double spring bed, duvet, quilt, table, stool, wall-mounted clothes rack and a hairdryer too. The bathroom was adequate as well. You may not have enough space to keep your luggage and clothes but this is a small trade-off for the price and what's offered. Everything was clean and neat. Extra pillows, sheets etc can be obtained as needed. The reception/host is available from 8 am to 6 pm everyday. There's also a rooftop terrace accessible until 10 pm if you'd like a beer or a smoke with a view of N Tower. I'd def recommend Banana Backpackers to anyone on a budget. They offer a good balance between affordability and comfort.

This is not a complaint, more like a suggestion, really. If you're visiting during the winter months, make sure you let the host know if you're going to be staying in during the day, as the boiler will be switched off, assuming that all guests are out n about during the day.

There are 2 bus stops nearby! There are convenience stores too! CU2 and 7E. The place is nearby namsan tower; we can see it those lights at tower every night! And its only 2 stops away to Seoul St by bus. Due to this we travelled by bus more than subways heheh

I booked a private room, and it was more than comfortable and had all what I could expect. It was spacious. The room was a little chilly, may be because of peak winter season. Overall, it was a great stay.

Cute hostel, simple room with private bathroom. It was quite calm and you had privacy. The facilities were clean.

The sheets were clean but the were a bit stained and that doesn't give the Best first impression.

역시 좋았던 점이라면 가격대비 혼자 잘수 있다는게 좋았구요 다음에 한번더 갈 생각이 있습니다.

음 조금 아쉬운건 호텔에는 없는데 다만 교통편이 좀 멀어서 조금 아쉬운게 있습니다

이용한 날짜가 금요일 인데 우리 이외 손님이 적어 너무 쾌적했네요. 오히려 우리가 시끄럽게 했는지 몰겠네요

가격 대비 아쉬운 점은 없었고 찾기도 편했네요 숙소 안에서 음주가 금지되서 가볍게 맥주 한 잔하지 못 한 것이 아쉬웠지만 공동숙소니까 이해합니다

조용해요. 싱글룸이 있어서 좋았고, 깨끗하고, 직원분이 친절하세요. 잠시 집 떠나 여행하는 느낌 백퍼 좋아요.

물론 제가 취위를 많이 타는데 욕실이 추웠고 수건걸이가 없었어요. TV도 너무 높이 달려 있었어요. 침대매트가 소프트하지 않았었어요. 유로 주차장이 바로 앞에 있지만. 방값보다 비싸겠습니다.

원래 추위를 많이 타는데 춥다고 새벽에 연락을 드렸더니 제일 따뜻한 방이라며 보여주시고 괜찮으면 옮겨도 된다고 배려. 더 넓은 방이었는데.이불도 뽀송하고 뜨끈하게 푹 쉴 수 있었다. 그리고 아주 친절하심. 진심 선물드리고 싶었음

욕실이 응답하라 1988^^ 하지만 깨끗하다.세면대에 뜨거운 물과 차가운 물이 따로라 같이 틀어서 사용하는 고전적 수도꼭지. 바닥이 젖으면시멘트 냄새가 난다.

더블룸 말고 도미토리 이용은 괜찮을 듯.

입구에 들어설 때 로비에서 나오던 노래와 인테리어부터 첫인상이 좋았네요. 방도 좁은듯 했지만 있을 것도 다 있고 만족했습니다

욕조의 머리카락만 좀 잘 치워졌으면 더 깔끔한 인상이 남았을텐데 아쉬웠습니다

직원이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았다.

음주가 되지 않는 점.

위치 좋은 곳에 저렴한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 좋았다.
